Kabluchka Jewellery is committed to ethical business practices and full supply chain transparency in compliance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act (SB 657). We recognize our responsibility to ensure that modern slavery, human trafficking, and forced labor do not take place in our operations or supply chains.
1. Supplier Assessment
Before entering into partnerships with new suppliers, Kabluchka Jewellery conducts a comprehensive evaluation of their business practices and supply chains to identify potential risks related to modern slavery. 2. Audits
Our suppliers may be subject to periodic audits to assess modern slavery risks within their supply chains. These audits may be conducted by Kabluchka Jewellery representatives or independent third-party auditors, with prior notice.
3. Certification
As a condition of collaboration, suppliers must confirm that their operations comply with all applicable labor laws, wage regulations, workplace safety standards, and environmental laws and regulations.
4. Accountability
All employees at Kabluchka Jewellery are required to adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements. Violations of our ethical policies, including those related to human trafficking, may result in disciplinary actions, including contract termination with suppliers or employees.
5. Training
Our ethical policies and standards are regularly communicated to employees, including during onboarding training. Employees responsible for supply chain management receive specialized training to enhance their awareness of modern slavery issues and are required to comply with company policies and legal obligations.
