Ready-made items are handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment (personalised — engraving up to 3 business days, custom order up to 14 business days). Delivery within Ukraine — Nova Poshta (branch, parcel locker, courier) or pick-up from our stores in Drohobych. All shipments carry a declared value equal to the item price. Shipping cost is charged at the carrier's rates. You may inspect the item on receipt and refuse it at the moment of receipt with a full refund.
