This is the public offer of Sole Proprietor Ostap Zapiatko (seller of the Kabluchka store, kabluchka.com) to conclude a retail sale and purchase agreement under Art. 633, 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce". Personalised items (engraving, custom order) are not subject to exchange or return. Disputes are resolved under the laws of Ukraine.
