Shipping & Payment – Kabluchka Jewellery
Version dated 18 July 2026. This policy is an integral part of the Public Offer. In case of any discrepancy, the Ukrainian version prevails.
1. Order Processing Time
1.1. Ready-made items from the catalogue are handed to the carrier or prepared for pick-up within 1–2 business days after order confirmation and payment (for pick-up with payment in store — after order confirmation).
1.2. Personalised goods: engraving — up to 3 additional business days; custom-made items — up to 14 business days (the exact time is agreed when ordering).
1.3. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.
1.4. During air-raid alerts, power outages or other force majeure events, processing times may be extended — we will notify you of any delay.

* Delivery time runs from the moment the shipment is handed to the carrier, depends on the carrier, and is not included in the order processing time (cl. 1.1).
2.1. Insurance. All shipments are sent with a declared value equal to the full price of the item. The Seller bears the risk of loss or damage until the shipment is handed to you.
2.2. Receipt. The shipment is released by the carrier to the recipient named in the order under the carrier's rules (ID document, receipt code). We recommend inspecting the item directly at the branch or with the courier.
2.3. Damage in transit. If the packaging or the item is damaged, or the contents do not match the order, draw up a report with the carrier's representative at the moment of receipt and notify us immediately: +380 63 929 11 16 / info@kabluchka.com. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
2.4. Refusal at receipt. You may inspect the item and refuse it at the moment of receipt — in that case the contract is deemed terminated, and the full amount paid is refunded within 7 banking days after the shipment is returned to the Seller (see the Return & Exchange Policy).
2.5. Uncollected shipments. A shipment is held at the branch under the carrier's rules (usually 5–7 days). If it is not collected and no other arrangement is agreed, the price of the goods is refunded to the Buyer once the shipment is returned to the Seller; re-dispatch — by arrangement.
2.6. Pick-up. An order with payment in store is reserved for 3 business days; a paid order is held for 7 calendar days (the period can be extended if you let us know).
3. International Delivery
3.1. International delivery of jewellery is carried out via the dedicated Nova Post "Jewellery Export" service (and/or Ukrposhta international registered mail) with full customs clearance: invoice, fiscal receipt and, for items with stones, a gemological report.
3.2. Availability and value limits depend on the destination country (in particular: up to €5,000 — Poland, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia; up to $800 — USA and Canada; up to €2,500 — most other countries). Availability, time and cost of delivery to a specific country are confirmed by our manager before you pay for the order — contact us at info@kabluchka.com.
3.3. International delivery costs are payable by the Buyer at the carrier's rates, unless otherwise stated on the Website.
3.4. Customs duties, taxes and fees of the destination country are payable by the recipient. The Seller has no influence over customs clearance times or the amount of such charges.
3.5. Estimated international delivery time is 5–14 business days from handover to the carrier, excluding customs procedures.
4. Payment
4.1. Payment methods:
- Card online — Visa/Mastercard and others via a secure payment service. Card data is processed by the payment service (PCI DSS); the Seller does not receive or store it.
- Instalments — payment plans from partner Ukrainian banks; available options are shown at checkout. Terms are set by the bank.
- In store at pick-up — in cash (subject to the cash payment limit of UAH 50,000 per day, NBU Resolution No. 148) or by card.
4.2. Orders with delivery are dispatched after payment in full (100% prepayment; for custom orders — 100% prepayment when ordering).
4.3. After payment you will receive a fiscal receipt (e-receipt) at the e-mail address or phone number provided with the order (Law of Ukraine No. 265/95-ВР). Please keep it — it is required for warranty service, exchanges and returns.
4.4. The settlement currency is Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). For international orders, the amount is charged in UAH at your issuing bank's exchange rate.
