Terms & Conditions (Public Offer) – Kabluchka Jewellery

1. General Provisions
1.1. This document constitutes a public offer of Sole Proprietor (FOP) Ostap Zapiatko (the "Seller") to conclude a retail sale and purchase agreement for the goods presented in the Kabluchka online store at www.kabluchka.com (the "Website"), in accordance with Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce".
1.2. This is a public agreement; its terms are equal for all customers. Publication of this offer on the Website constitutes the Seller's official proposal to an indefinite number of individuals to conclude the agreement (Art. 641(1) of the Civil Code of Ukraine).
1.3. Acceptance means full and unconditional acceptance of this offer by placing an order on the Website (or by phone) and/or paying for the goods (Art. 642(2) of the Civil Code of Ukraine). Upon acceptance, the agreement is deemed concluded without a paper counterpart and has full legal force.
1.4. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read this offer, the Shipping & Payment Policy, the Return & Exchange Policy, the Warranty Terms and the Privacy Policy (all being integral parts of the agreement), and that they are a legally capable person of at least 18 years of age.
